Uplifted Studio is seeking an experienced esthetician to join our growing boutique skincare studio in Tustin.

This opportunity is ideal for an established esthetician with at least 2-3 years of professional experience who values quality over quantity, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is looking for a more intentional work environment.

Position Details

• Part-time position to start

• Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays

• Appointment-based schedule only

• $20 per hour for scheduled services

• 28% service commission

• 10% retail commission

• 100% of tips retained

• Opportunity for additional days as the studio expands

Qualifications

• Licensed California Esthetician

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional esthetics experience required

• Existing clientele

• Experience performing customized facials, skincare treatments, and brow services

• Strong consultation and client retention skills

• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and emotional maturity

• Maintains a clean, organized, and professional workspace

• Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences

About Uplifted Studio

Uplifted Studio was founded by esthetician Andrea Contreras, a graduate of the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics with more than 20 years of industry experience. After years of working in fast-paced spa environments, she created Uplifted Studio to offer a more intentional approach to skincare, one that prioritizes personalized care, meaningful client relationships, and a supportive environment for both clients and providers.

Uplifted Studio is a private, appointment-only facial, skincare and brow studio designed to provide a calm, personalized experience. Created as an alternative to the traditional high-volume, fast-paced spa model, our space allows both clients and providers to slow down, connect, and focus on quality care.

The Studio:

• Approximately 600 sq ft of beautifully designed space

• Private two-room boutique studio featuring a spacious treatment room and large welcoming reception area
